We are so thrilled that you are entering this phase of your building journey and we hope you enjoy seeing how your home progresses up until your much anticipated possession day!
Once your home has been released to the field and the Construction process begins, your Area Sales Team will send you regular status updates on your home throughout the building process, including photos!
These construction timeline updates will be available through your Virtuo app that you have downloaded when you signed up with Virtuo.

No problem, just reach out to Virtuo at hello@virtuo.com to activate your account, or head to the Excel Homes Virtuo Concierge page to have your invite resent to you by filling out the invite prompt at the bottom of the page.
