When Should I Contact Utility Companies?
There will be home services that need to be set-up prior to your move-in date such as phone, cable and electricity.
We strongly recommend contacting all appropriate utility companies and service providers approximately 2 - 4 weeks before your closing date, to update them with your new home address and contact information.
These services include phone, cable, water, gas and electricity.
