Winter Checklist

Winter is here and with the days getting shorter and weather taking a nosedive, we want to make sure you are fully equipped with your Winter Home Maintenance checklist to keep your home looking great and operating properly.

INTERIOR:

  • Check & reset ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) plugs in bathrooms & main electrical panel
  • Test smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors
  • Clean or replace furnace filter (if required)
  • Check or clean your heat recovery ventilator (HRV); wash or replace filter if necessary
