The Architectural Meeting reviews the final drawings of your home, making you one step closer to your forever home.
During this meeting the Area Sales Team will guide you through a review of the architectural drawings of your home and confirm all change orders or advising of any monetary adjustments that need to be made.
The architectural meeting will cover other details such as exterior colour approvals and plot plan, grade slip and any change orders that pertain to your home. The Area Sales Team will also help with an explanation on any caveats.
This is an exciting step to see your dreams one step closer to becoming reality and moving into your new home.
The Area Sales Team schedules the Architectural Meeting. It occurs during Show Home hours and will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
