What Do I Do in Case of a Home Emergency?

Please read what is considered a home emergency to follow the right steps when calling our emergency line.

Emergency Service Request

An Emergency Service Request is considered to be a request where the homeowner and home is in immediate danger or harm. Homeowner emergencies include failures in the heating/water systems or a continual leak that will not stop. During normal business hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm, emergency items are dealt with immediately upon receipt of your call through voicemail.

In your mechanical room, you will find an "Emergency Contacts" sticker. This sticker has important information and guidance on who to contact for specific operations in your home. Be sure to make note of it.

 

After Hours Emergency

During your one-year warranty coverage in the event of an after-hours emergency from the hours of 5:00pm – 9:00am, please call our After hours emergency line shown below.
