# What Do I Do in Case of a Home Emergency?

## Please read what is considered a home emergency to follow the right steps when calling our emergency line.

 **Emergency Service Request**

An Emergency Service Request is considered to be a request where the homeowner and home is in immediate danger or harm. Homeowner emergencies include failures in the heating/water systems or a continual leak that will not stop. During normal business hours of **9:00am – 5:00pm**, emergency items are dealt with immediately upon receipt of your call through voicemail.

In your mechanical room, you will find an **"Emergency Contacts"** *(shown below)* sticker. This sticker has important information and guidance on who to contact for specific operations in your home. Be sure to make note of it.

**After Hours Emergency**

During your one-year warranty coverage in the event of an after-hours emergency from the hours of **5:00pm – 9:00am**, please call our **After hours emergency line** shown below.
