The Second Warranty Appointment occurs approximately 11 months after Home Possession.
This appointment will review any concerns, questions and/or deficiencies that may have happened between the First Warranty Appointment and the Second Warranty Appointment. Warranty Appointments have a duration of approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
If required, a "Trades Day" may be scheduled after to complete all warranty deficiencies listed and approved by your Warranty Specialist during the Warranty Appointment.
