# What are the Home Milestones?

There are a total of 8 milestones that your home will undertake. From drawing through to possession and into your New Home Warranty.

The milestones are as follows:

- MILESTONE 1: Pre-Construction
- MILESTONE 2: Construction Starts
- MILESTONE 3: First Walkthrough - Check Set Meeting
- MILESTONE 4: Second Walkthrough - Cabinet Walkthrough
- MILESTONE 5: Home Owner Orientation
- MILESTONE 6: Home Possession
- MILESTONE 7: First Warranty Appointment
- MILESTONE 8: Second Warranty Appointment
