By submitting your issues in writing we can avoid verbal misunderstandings and provide more efficient service. Often we need to consult internally or with trades before preparing a response - receiving your issues through email allows us to do so. You may also submit items or inquiries through voicemail message. When reporting items, regardless of the method used, it is important that you clearly identify yourself with the following details: - **Your full name** - **Your lot number *(eg. Lot 23)*** - **Your civic address** - **Your telephone number(s) where we can contact you** ***Please Note:** Your Excel home has a Warranty period of **one (1) year starting at home possession**.
