How To Contact Us Regarding Your Warranty Items
The best way to reach our Warranty Department is by email. By submitting your issues in writing we can avoid verbal misunderstandings and provide more efficient service. Often we need to consult internally or with trades before preparing a response - receiving your issues through email allows us to do so. You may also submit items or inquiries through voicemail message. When reporting items, regardless of the method used, it is important that you clearly identify yourself with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your lot number (eg. Lot 23)
- Your civic address
- Your telephone number(s) where we can contact you
Please Note: Your Excel home has a Warranty period of one (1) year starting at home possession. The Warranty Specialists listed below can only service homes are within one (1) year of home possession.

We understand that emergencies don’t always take place during regular business hours, and as such, our team is pleased to provide you with after hours emergency support.
Items considered to be an emergency are:
- Water penetration into the home
- Complete loss of electricity
- Complete loss of water or a sewer blockage
- Uncontrollable plumbing leaks
- Complete loss of heat during the winter months
Your call will be answered live, and you will receive a call back from one of our representatives to help troubleshoot the issue, help you manage it until the next business day, or have a representative dispatched out to your home to remediate the concern.
