The First Warranty Appointment occurs 3 months after possession.
This appointment will review concerns, questions and/or deficiencies that might have happened between possession and the First Warranty Appointment. There will be a follow-up Second Warranty Appointment that occurs 11 months after Home Possession as well. This does not include paint touch-ups, scuffs, scratches or cosmetic damages. Warranty Appointments have a duration of approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
If required, a "Trades Day" may be scheduled after to complete all warranty deficiencies listed and approved by your Warranty Specialist during the Warranty Appointment.
You, the homeowner, will need to be home for this appointment so that we can review any warrantable deficiency questions you may have. If necessary, please reach out to the Warranty team at your earliest convenience to re-schedule these appointments.
